• All services will provide in working days (Monday to Friday) and on working hours (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Customize Package

• Preventive maintenance
• On-site trouble shooting
• And all service on Standard Package shown above

24 hours x 7 dyas service
For 24 hours customer operation needs we can provide a special package of maintenance services with 24 hours stanby engineer. In case in the midle of the night or public holiday we can still support customer for remote technical guideline and whether un-solved our engineer will visit customer site to trouble shoot more detail.
