The report, titled "The Total Economic Impact of Intermec's CN50 Mobile Computer as deployed by Aras Cargo," evaluated the effectiveness of the Intermec CN50 against Aras Cargo's deployment objectives: to automate steps in their manual and paper-based delivery process, reduce the amount of data errors, and increase customer satisfaction.

According to Forrester Consulting, "The CN50 met all of Aras Cargo's immediate requirements but also offered a broad range of future options. Furthermore, after having evaluated various mobile devices, the company found that the CN50 offers superior ergonomics and battery life. Our interview with this Intermec customer and subsequent financial analysis found that for every EUR 1 invested, the company could expect EUR 2.85 in return, and currently expects benefits of approximately EUR 4.3 million over a three-year period."

"As a result of deploying the Intermec CN50, we've seen a major boost in productivity from our couriers and back office employees, as well as increased data accuracy and a much better overall customer satisfaction," said Mr. Fikret Güçlüer, CIO at Aras Cargo.
